Peace Pole Dedication Ceremony
The Peace Pole Dedication Ceremony was held at Veterans Park in Naperville on Saturday, September 19, 2015.
Highlights of this unique program included:
- Addresses by retired Mayor Pradel, Mayor of Naperville Steve Chirico, and Mike Reilly, Park Board President
- Live band and choral music by our Naperville children
- Reading of the Peace Pole message by international students from North Central College
- Honoring Naperville’s first ‘Peace Advocate’
- And a very unique peace formation by all in attendance
