Plans for Celebration of Peace in Marin County, California

Efforts are currently underway to bring the ‘Celebration of Peace’ event to Marin County, CA. The celebration will feature a variety of events and activities associated with peace and understanding.

Families and friends are invited to participate in a unique blend of art and multi-cultural experiences that promote peace, harmony, and understanding among people of all walks of life, including children and senior citizens.

The creative expressions of Marin County’s young artistic minds are a particularly exciting feature of the Celebration of Peace. Children and youth are always the special focus of the Peace celebration. Two art contests will provide an avenue for children to stretch their imaginations and cross-cultural boundaries, as they illustrate Peace!

We look forward to having you listen to perspectives on peace and harmony from great minds brought together in discussion and debate. The event will feature keynote speakers, panel discussions, art and essay contests, exhibits, and a grand extravaganza performing arts event called ‘We Are One’.

If you are interested in helping with the planning of this grand celebration, or are just looking for more information, please contact us at info@thinkglobalarts.orgWe welcome all families to join in the celebration!
